I’ve been a personal trainer since 2006, specializing in helping people achieve lasting transformations naturally, without relying on bodybuilding drugs, GLP-1s or any shortcut drug methods. Over the years I’ve earned multiple certifications and trainer awards, authored four exercise books, published peer-reviewed research, and led workshops for personal trainers at universities.

My mission is simple: to help people take full control of their health and bodies without relying on shortcuts or dangerous drugs. I’m dedicated to showing you that lasting results come from hard work, smart strategies, and staying drug free. My goal is to empower you with the right tools, knowledge, and accountability so that your transformation isn’t just temporary, but permanent.

My Training

My training style stands apart from other trainers because I prioritize intensity—the key driver of results. But every session is tailored to your current ability, ensuring you get exactly what you need and can handle to maximize progress. This personalized approach not only prevents plateaus but also reduces the risk of injury.

That said, I don’t believe in reckless practices like unstable training (e.g., Bosu balls) or high-velocity type training (e.g., CrossFit or bodybuilding style reps). Instead, I focus on maintaining strict form, keeping reps controlled, and ensuring every exercise is performed safely and effectively. Additionally, I’m fully present during your sessions—I don’t text, eat, or chat with others at the gym. This is far too common and this is about YOU: it's your time, and I respect it.
