The consultation will take place at The Lift Factory on Cheyanne & 95. It's a smaller, public gym and it doesn't get very crowded at all.
I recommend setting aside 45 to 90 minutes to ensure we have plenty of time to cover everything thoroughly.
The initial consultation is free! It's a chance for us to connect, discuss your goals, and see if we're a good fit to work together.
We’ll start by discussing your background and goals to ensure I fully understand your needs. Then we’ll do a light session where I’ll guide you through 3–5 exercises to show you my unique training style (different than pretty much every other coach). This will give you a sense of how I work and help you decide if you'd like to move forward. If you’re ready, we’ll go over the rates and next steps.
No experience is necessary. Whether you’re a beginner or have experience, I simply meet you wherever you're at and train you relative to you level.
