About

I’m a personal trainer of 20 years that specializes in natural body recomposition. I’m Straight Edge and have always lived drug and alcohol free. My substance free ideology is uncompromising and it directly shapes how I coach, completely rejecting bodybuilding chemical culture.

I’ve transformed hundreds of bodies, helped clients earn pro cards in natural bodybuilding shows, earned numerous certifications and trainer awards, authored four exercise books, published three peer-reviewed papers, and have taught educational workshops for personal trainers at college.

My Ideology

I believe in lasting transformations should be earned, not injected, prescribed or purchased. The fitness industry has become a circus disconnected from reality. Despite claiming to promote health, much of the industry remains silent about the widespread use of bodybuilding drug use or worse, they are the actual drug dealers to their clients.

The irony is that drug abuse is the exact opposite of what health represents. A transformed physique achieved through substance abuse doesn't equate to well-being and health; this is a complete lie. Looking fit and being healthy are not automatically interchangeable. Yet the industry continues to blur that line, selling the illusion that a better looking body, at the cost of drug abuse, equals better health.

The rampant drug abuse and its glorification in the world of health and fitness must be countered. So the mission is simple: help people take full control of their health, body and future through natural methods.

I believe lasting results come from consistency, discipline, education and smart strategies, not substance abuse. Instead, I'm dedicated to helping people achieve real, sustainable results through evidence-based training, sound nutrition and a completely drug free approach. So my goal is to provide the tools, knowledge, support and accountability needed to create a transformation that lasts for life. Because true success isn't about finding shortcuts, it's about building a healthier, stronger version of yourself that you can maintain forever.

My training style stands apart from other trainers because I prioritize intensity, the key driver of results. But every session is tailored to your current ability, ensuring you get exactly what you need and can handle to maximize progress. This personalized approach not only prevents plateaus but also reduces the risk of injury.

That said, I focus on maintaining strict form, keeping reps controlled, and ensuring every exercise is performed safely and effectively. Additionally, I’m fully present during your sessions. I don’t text, eat, or chat with others at the gym. This about YOU: it's your time, and I respect it.
